Initial workshop

At the end of the workshop, we share our initial findings and set a timeline for preparing a detailed report with recommendations and a plan for further actions.

Final report and concrete growth plan

After the workshop, we prepare a comprehensive report summarizing all the key findings and recommendations. The information is organized according to the company’s areas of operation.

The most important outcome of the report is a well-thought-out plan for further action. Instead of ready-made templates, we create a tailor-made solution, one that can be realistically implemented and takes into account both business goals and operational constraints.
